Exchange Policy:

You Can Exchange Any Jewelry Purchased Online Within 5 Days (Only One Time). After 5 Days No Exchange.

All Shipping Costs Related To Exchanges Must Be Done By The Customer.

Special & Customized Orders:

50% advance will be charged on customized jewellery.

In Any Case Customized Orders Cannot Be Exchange or Refunded. 

Customized items can take 10-15 days for delivery.

Return Policy:

• Due to Low Prices and margin, Plated jewellery is not Refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued if The product is damaged or design not same as shown. Contact for more info on return policy.
• Refunds can only be Claimed within 3 days from date of shipment delivery.
• In the case of REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
• Items once Exchanged are not entitled to Refunds.
• We reserve the right to accept or reject Refunds.
• For Refunds, Product must be in its original condition when returned to us. Tags & Stickers must be intact.
• Once item is returned, your refund will be processed within 5-7 days.
